How do I know if this app is for me?

This app is for you if you want to have complete confidence in and out of the gym. You will be given all the necessary tools for success:

  • A detailed workout plan 5 days of the week (will automatically update to a new phase in the beginning of every month).
  • Video demonstrations of each workout.
  • You can track and input your reps/lbs that you used on each exercise to guarantee that you will improve the following week.
  • You will have constant notifications so you can checkmark your daily fitness goals under the app.
  • Track your body weight, body fat and even enter your progress photos into the app to ensure that you're on the right track.
  • You have a complete customizable meal guide with ingredients to fit into your macros and step-by-step video instructions on how to make each meal.

Does my HIRIZE Fitness App connect with any other apps?

Yes! The HIRIZE Fitness app is compatible and easily syncs to both apple watches and "My Fitness Pal" for seamless tracking.

How much does the app cost?

The app is a subscription based item and will have a monthly price of $40. You will be charged on the day you sign-up and every month on the same date.

Can anyone join this app?

Yup! My app can be used anywhere, anyplace, for anyone and at anytime. You are not required to live in a certain city or state. You can even use it on vacation!

Does purchasing the app mean that I can train in-person at HIRIZE Fitness?

Unfortunately, it doesn't mean you will have in person training sessions. Although, it will most definitely feel like it with how in-depth the app is, especially with those demonstrational videos!

How often will I be given new workouts?

You will recieve new a new phase of workouts every single month!

How can I access the program content after signing up?

After completing your checkout you will receive an account activation email. Just follow the instructions provided in that email to gain immediate access to the workouts and membership benefits.

How do I find my nutrition section on the app?

When creating your profile on my app, be sure to select "Full Meal Tracking" to enable your nutritional guide.

If I'm a beginner, will I be able to use your app?

All workouts are beginner-advance friendly! If you don't feel comfortable with a specific exercise that was given, you will have the option to "substitute" the exercise for one that is comparable to the original and has modifications for your experience level.

Do I need to purchase equipment to workout with the app?

All of my workouts will require basic gym equipment and weights. Some will be able to complete the workouts with JUST dumbbells and barbells (no machines), but it depends on how comfortable you are finding substitute movements when a machine is programmed on the workout.

Do I need a gym membership?

A gym membership is highly recommended!

What weight size should I use when doing the workouts?

Everyone has different strength levels. Pick the heaviest weight size that allows you to do the workout without losing your form, but push yourself.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Sure! If you need to cancel your app subscsubscription, you will be able to cancel at anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Login to account on the web version of Trainerize.

2. Find “My Purchases”.

3. Click the “Cancel Auto-Renew” option on the products drop-down. 

4. The subscription will be removed from account at the end of the current billing cycle.
